We are seeking an experienced leader for the position of Operational Resilience Expert to join our team in the insurance industry. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational resilience strategies, ensuring business continuity, and minimizing the risk of operational disruptions.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to operational resilience.
• Monitoring and assessing operational resilience risk and implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations, group and industry standards.
• Conducting training and workshops on operational resilience for employees.
• Preparing reports and analyses regarding the state of operational resilience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operational resilience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to operational resilience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (C1 or C2 level).
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects.
• Higher education in management, finance, insurance or related fields.
